Operating System Requirements: • Windows 95 or better • Macintosh 7.5 or better Internet Browser Requirements: • Internet Explorer 4.0 or better • Netscape Navigator 4.0 or better • AOL 4.0 or better Internet Browser Settings: In order to see the changes you will be implementing to your PageProducer site, you must set your browser cache to "Check for a newer versions of stored pages: on every visit to the page." Web browsers store previously visited web pages in memory on your computer (also known as cache). This allows your browser to display a web page from its memory instead of retreiving it from the Internet. This can create complications in viewing changes you make to your site with PageProducer. Check your browser preferences located under the edit or view menu on your toolbar just above your browser window. For Internet Explorer 5.0 go to the tools drop down menu in your browser. Scroll to Internet Options. Click on the temporary Internet file settings. Click the button which says, "Check for a newer versions of stored pages: on every visit to the page." If you make changes in your PageProducer site and don't see those changes take effect, most likely you need to adjust your cache preferences.
