All illegal copyright activity on the members website in accordance to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, will be the full legal responsibility of the member. PageProducer is not responsible for such activity. PageProducer reserves the right to delete a PageProducer members page for such illegal activity. Copyright: Member acknowledges that the templates, graphics, and tools provided are property of PageProducer. Reproduction of templates, graphics or tools is illegal copyright activity. Limited Liability: PageProducer acknowledges that members rely on reliable and professionally hosted web sites. PageProducer will take reasonable action to ensure that loss of data and other downtime does not occur. PageProducer also will take reasonable efforts to ensure that all features, tools, and services are accurate, reliable and operating as represented. PageProducer is not responsible for lost data or deletion of data by the user.
